Cap'n Jack's Rosemary Oil for Lamb Chops

Rosemary Oil:

7 sprigs of Rosemary, crushed

Add to 5 cups olive oil

Put on stove on lowest heat for about an hour

Strain oil  

Browning Homestead Farm Lamb:

Grill lamb chops to mark (to put grill marks on the chops, not to cook) Pull off grill and put in oven at 350°F with a coating of rosemary oil, cook to desired temp

Serve with Mint Pesto (on the side of the plate for dipping, do not cover chops).
